Experience:

12 to 15 years with at least 5 years in Analytical Instrumentation business.

Job Requirements:

• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and execute a sales goal for the region
• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
• Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
• Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
• Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvement
• Timely implementation of corporate decisions
• Compliance with Company policies & procedures
• Driving Customer Satisfaction - Market intelligence management, developing & implementation of marketing plans for the region.
• Developing sales/technical/commercial/ managerial competencies of the reportees
• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
• Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends;
• Determining regional sales system improvements and implementing change.
